The standard for customer service at Strategic Moves is based on the experience of company founder, Steve Setzer. A retired U.S. Marine Corps pilot, Steve served on the crew of the Presidential Helicopter, Marine One, supporting the White House and President Clinton. While with the Presidential squadron, he learned that even the smallest detail must be monitored. His ability to provide support to VIP’s has been well tested in an environment that only the best are chosen to contribute to. As a Marine One Maintenance Officer and Functional Test Pilot, Steve was one of a select team authorized to certify the President’s helicopter as safe for flight following a maintenance action.
Aaron Flora - Director of Sales & Marketing | email
Responsible for the growth and consumer image of the company. Aaron's aviation experience includes multiple aircraft type ratings, advanced pilot training and aircraft sales. He is also involved in the aviation insurance industry and has a background in risk management.
Wayne supervises our staff pilots, coordinates training and flight scheduling, oversees our Pilot Mentoring Program, and conducts flight operations for managed aircraft. Wayne’s aviation experiences include domestic and international charter operations and air ambulance management. He manages a Canadian Private Operator’s Certificate and liasons with the FAA concerning our Air Carrier Certificate.
Guy manages inspection and maintenance of Strategic Moves’ aircraft fleet. He has over 25 years of maintenance experience including 8 years providing complete maintenance management. He holds A & P and IA certifications from the FAA as well as type specific factory training, and engine and avionics training.
Amy Tucker joined Strategic Moves as office manager in 2006. Amy's career includes significant experience in commercial business operations. She coordinates our client and vendor accounting, manages personnel payroll, and daily operations at our Statesville Regional Airport office base.
