Strategic Moves embraces these definitions and more in providing Pilot Mentoring services. Initial type specific aircraft and simulator training often do not absolutely prepare the upgrading or transitioning pilot for the task. Our goal is to team you with an experienced, professional CFI-rated PC-12 mentor pilot whether you are a new to the PC-12 or are simply seeking to enhance your skills and experience. Your mentor will impart the knowledge and skills necessary to allow you to take full advantage of the wide operating range of the PC-12 with an emphasis on safety, judgment and aeronautical decision making.

Your Strategic Moves mentor/pilot will act as your guide, counselor, advisor, and coach while providing instruction in the real world application of your single-pilot skills in your Pilatus. We tailor each pilot’s mentoring syllabus to their specific mission and needs (i.e.; Hi-density airspace and airports, cold weather operations, single pilot IFR, short field operations, international operations, etc.) Mentoring time aids the pilot in meeting insurance minimum time requirements and may qualify for premium discounts.

Pilots share camaraderie unlike many other occupations/hobbies. Your mentor will guide, counsel, advise and coach you and likely become a life long friend. Our services don’t end at the end of your mentoring sessions. We’ll remain a resource you can call on whenever you have a question or need concerning your Pilatus PC-12.
